We are currently looking for a  ZONAL HEAD (Sr. Manager)- HR position with the topmost FMCG/ Retail Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at Bangalore

Candidate Profile : An MBA/ PGDM in HRM from a premier institute with 7-12 yrs experience of handling generalist HR fucntions at Corporate / Regional office of a professionally managed corporate engaged preferably in manufacturing and distribution. Preferably a premier FMCG or a consumer goods company. Candidates must have a strong conceptual base in HR . A strong personality to drive and lead Operations of the HR Deptt across the southern region.

Salary : Best in the Consumer Goods industry - Not a limiting factor
