We are currently looking for Senior Sales Professionals in E-Governance. Details as under:

Level / Position: BDM/SBDM/As per Experience

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh & Bhubhneshwar

Role: Management of business in the Govt. / Federal vertical (e-Governance) for sales & marketing of E-Gov Projects, System Integration solution including IT products, Solutions and Services.

Job Description:

 - Creation and Management of business to achieve business & organization results while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

 - Revenue generation, Key Account Management and continuously improving relationship with government clients.

 - Strategically analyzing the needs of the customers with respect to system integration products, solutions & services and Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on technology, product knowledge and all other customer issues.

 - Business Forecasting - anticipation of happenings in advance for proper planning and accurate business forecast.

 - Identifying potential clients and penetration for new business in the government vertical through contacts in the government.

 - Self and team development - Along with self development, ensures proper team development through effective planning, leading, organizing, monitoring, reviewing and controlling of information and group.

 - Review & Reporting - Conducting a structured formal review of team members on a weekly basis, as well as, appraisal of team standing versus projections and preparing reports accordingly.

 - Liasioning with partners and OEMs in order to deliver the end solution as per customer requirement.

 - Concern for administration - timely completion of paper work, adherence to company policies and cost conscious.

Qualification: BE, MBA

Experience Level: 10 to 20
