Job Requirements:

Looking for people with:
 - 8-12 yrs. of experience in IT
 - Candidates from broking houses will be given preference

Nature of Work:

Responsible for:
 - Entire IT operations
 - Implementation and support applications such as ---Desktop management system, Company Intranet, Resource requisition system and User creation system and Security implementation.
 - Systems Management such as ---Setup of server monitoring tools reduce downtime with the help of proactive system alerts
 - Database Management & monitoring trading processes.
 - MIS on up time and user issues.
 - Compliance Initiatives such as --- Telephone recording, Implementation of mail archiving, streamlining the Backup Process.
 - Consolidation such as --- Mailing server setup ensuring easy management and cost saving, Planning and implementation of disaster recovery, Budgeting and Team management, Identify areas to automate and reduce costs.
 - IT Staff Hiring and Training.
 - New Branch setups
 - IT budgeting and planning.
 - Vendor Management and Evaluation.
 - Cost optimizing.
 - BCP and DR site Implementation.
 - IT policies and Practices implementations such as --- IT security, Backup, BCP, DR, Network security etc
 - Implementation of DLP systems.

Compensation: 15 lacs
