Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, it is America's largest online retailer with revenues upwards of 28 Billion USD,  i.e.  nearly three times the Internet sales revenue of the runner up competitor in that space. Our client has its captive centers in offices in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad catering to IT and ITES sectors catering to the global needs of the company.

To head the entire HR operations at their office in Chennai, they are looking for a Site HR Leader as per the following details -

Position: Site HR Leader

Location: Chennai

Experience Level: 12-15 +Yrs relevant experience (IT Product and ITES / IT Product)

Education: Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field, from top notch business schools.

CTC: Up to 40L
