Staffing / Staff-augmentation Manager – Bangalore (minimum 7+ yrs)

Our client is an Indian MNC. Company engaged in IT as well as Manufacturing, Automotive, Hi-tech sectors. Their portfolio includes a range of services like – IT, Finance, BPO/KPO, ERP, Manufacturing etc.

The position is of Staff-augmentation Manager who would be responsible to Staffing as well as Recruitment in IT/non IT Services.

- 8-13 years industry experience on Staffing as well as Recruitment Process.
- Experience on handling and managing Team of employees.
- Imp Challenge – Deploy perfect resource at client with less lead time.
- Must have client/Vendor interaction skills.
- Candidate should have experience of working in IT industry.  
-  Location – Bangalore (local consultants preferred)

- Budget - CIRCA flexible
- Education – MBA.
