Desired Profile:
- Any Educational Qualification (Degree or PG)
- Desirable fresher’s or prior experience in international sales in a reputed IT / ITES organization & must have handled clients in North America/ Europe.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Must be a Good Performer
Job Responsibilities:
- Involve Business Development for the ITES / BPO Segment with special emphasis on non voice BPO applications in North America & Europe.
- Identifying and generating business from new accounts and enhance business from existing accounts.
- Good Client Coordination
- Employ tools to create sales lead funnel
- Prepare RFP’s, RFQ’s and time line defining individual tasks, scope, resources and efforts involved.
- Experience in handling Team and ensure that the targets are met.
- Able to coordinate with delivery teams & ensure quick ramp up with plans.
- Conduct negotiations and formalize acceptance of order
- Making Cold Calling
- Good at Presales
- Understanding of business development cycle for the international market.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
