Job Code: 18814 Location: HEAD SALES: - MBA/ PGDBM (regular) with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from NIT/ BITS/ IIT or any other reputed college
- Currently employed with one of the leading software company
- Around 8+ years in Sales with minimum of 4 years in the IT services sector
- Impressive track record with respect to achieving sales targets
- Competence in identifying and creating a strong pipeline of prospect.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing strategic sales initiatives including identifying target market, packaging offerings and identifying customers.
- Proven talent in identifying and working with sales partners in domestic and international markets
- Outstanding Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – communicate with confidence and clarity with global customers
- Good team handling skills – ability to motivate the team to achieve targets
- Outstanding client facing skills
- Will be reporting to the CEO
