Job Title: Sr.Principal Consultant – Program Management

Hierarchical reporting:  Director - Vendor Management & Supply Globalization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Define the main responsibilities (4 to 7 in general) that directly aim at the realisation of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible

1. Define GAD specific program management methodology/artifacts in alignment  & integration with =S= methodology

2. Provide Project management skills to the Global Application Delivery groups (i.e. ERP & Custom Apps)

3. Support Transition programs

4. Drive Programs/projects delivered on time and within budget

5. Regular reviews with the Business stakeholders

6. Budget planning, business case development, cost benefit analysis, ROI

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.

1. Definition & Implementation of =S= & GAD aligned Program Management practices

2. Driving on time & within budget program delivery

Education  : Level of education required (Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD…….)
MBA
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience :  Total number of years of professional experience necessary prior to the job entry  11+ Years of Experience

KNOWLEDGE :  Identify the knowledge domains necessary to hold the job. Then, fo reach domain, estimate the degree of knowledge required (Limited, Basic, Broad, Expertise)
