Job Title:Sr.Principal Consultant – Demand Management

Hierarchical reporting:  Director - Vendor Management & Supply Globalization

Functional reporting:     Director - Vendor Management & Supply Globalization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Define the main responsibilities (4 to 7 in general) that directly aim at the realisation of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible.

 - Detailed Demand planning with BUs / regions / IPO stakeholders
 - Define the right sourcing & global delivery approach specific to the initiative and work distribution across centers
 - Provide demand & capacity projections to ERP/Custom Apps Ops teams for fulfillment
 - Periodic Reviews with key stakeholders within/outside GAD as per RnR to ensure consistency of the process
 - Work effectively with Teams dispersed globally
 - Definition of demand management processes in alignment with other GAD entities/groups
 - Integration with the Program/Transition Management teams on demand/capacity requirements                                              

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.
 - Definition & Implementation of Demand/Capacity Management processes
 - Stability in the demand planning & forecast process

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB :

Education: Level of education required (Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD…….)     MBA
 - Require Undergrauate Degree, Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
