Required Qualification:
    * MBA with HR Specialization from a premier institute
    * 3-6 years of experience in recruitment for a large firm

Key Responsibilities:
    * Recruit new staff for specific Service Areas or Industries based on approved plans and staffing projections
    * Proactively manage sources used to generate pipeline with little supervision
    * Source candidates through various channels (direct, Internet, referrals, research, social networking, etc.)
    * Manage recruitment process for candidates at all levels
    * Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources
    * Create sustainable sources to ensure steady pipeline of candidates

KSAs required:
    * Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced recruiting environment
    * Ability to develop and implement successful lateral and campus hire recruiting programs and sourcing strategies with excellent creative thinking and analytic skills
    * Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems (currently Taleo)
    * Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
    * Knowledge of our competitors at the base level
    * Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative
    * Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm including Partner leadership and management
