Responsible for developing strategy and executing the same ,inorder to support & enhance the Alliance partnership

The person
Education : MBA/PGDM or equivalent (Premier Tier1 B-Schools mandatory)
Experience : 10-15 years with Leadership roles in Delivery / Execution / Strategy
Conducting research to understand client business and mapping requirements to technical details

Expertise in one or more of :
Verticals : Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Media & Electronics
Horizontals : Portals, System Integration, Security, BI/BW, SOA,Testing,EAM, BPM

 - Working with other groups to pursue new business opportunities and enhance brand reputation
 - Working with client on strategy projects to meet business goals
 - Developing and presenting recommendations to client executive teams
 - Supporting Business Unit Presidents in the alignment of BU strategy to corporate strategy.
 - Leading strategic initiatives related to People, Process and Product.

Total work experience : 10 -12 yrs of which relevant work experience of at least 6 years

 - Strong networking and negotiation skills in dealing with (C-Level) top management and managing matrix relations
