EXECUTIVE HIRING IS LOOKING FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER FOR A MNC FMCG MAJOR BASED AT GURGAON.

Looking for someone who should be an Engineer from Tier A Engg Colleges with at least 8 – 15 years of work exp. of handling Operations in  a FMCG outfit
Please find below the brief of the Role Profile –
 - Support the function head on Plant audits for identifying  de-railers for the plant performance
 - Identifying and understanding problems
 - Root cause analysis of problems
 - Identification and evaluation of possible solutions
 - Cost benefit analysis of proposed solutions
 - Selling the solution to the plant and management
 - Working closely with the plant team for implementing solutions
 - Tracking  and follow up of performance of solutions implemented
 - Integrating solutions to the plant’s routines
 - Supporting and coaching the plant team on training and development of people on world class maintenance practices.
 - Recommendations for process improvements
 - Recommendations for Capex and Opex for the plants.
 - Support plants for annual overhauls audits
 - Analysis of R&M costs country wide – working towards standardization post stabilization
 - Reporting and providing inputs to management for continuous improvement in implementing world class management systems

Functional Competencies –
 - In touch with basic engineering theory
 - Should have moved up the ranks from a shift engineer’s position
 - Hands on experience  on implementing world class maintenance systems like TPM
 - OEM trained (Thermax, Cummins, IR, CP, Deawoo, Godrej, Forbes Marshall, Alfa laval)
 - Trained on energy management, and energy audits
 - Experience in Vibration analysis, and Thermography
 - Experience in Six Sigma/ OE/ Total Productive Maintenance
 - Multi-plant experience will be an added advantage
 - Exposure to RGB, Tetrapak and PET lines will be an advantage
