EXECUTIVE HIRING IS LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGER’S FOR A MNC FMCG MAJOR

Looking for someone who should be an Engineer from Tier A Engg Colleges with at least 8 – 15 years of work exp. of handling Green Field / Brown Field / Retrofit Projects ( starting from Designing to layout to Commissioning and handover to Operation Team ) for a  FMCG, Pharma, Engg. Organiations, Manufacturing etc.

Please find below the brief of the Role Profile –
   1. Plan & Track on-site project activities on day to day basis, and keep recording the activity status on daily basis during project life span.
   2. Work closely with other team members of Corporate Manufacturing Team to do detailed technical evaluation of proposals received from all suppliers.
   3. Work closely with Corporate/Region/Unit Supply chain team for proper evaluation of Commercial Offers received from suppliers.
   4. Do detailed engineering calculations for Civil works, Utility, Storage & Warehouse requirements to ensure optimal usage of existing infrastructure at each facility wherein any particular project is under evaluation.
   5. Provide all site specific technical inputs to Architects, engineering consultants regarding facilities and process requirement and design in terms of layouts of line, process and utility equipment and warehouses.
   6. Clearly define and communicate the scope of work and specific requirements to all suppliers for various projects, and follow-up to ensure the uniformity of techno-commercial proposals.
   7. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, advances, contracts, scheduled payments, technical acceptance certifications to all suppliers.
   8. Prepare Project Milestones, Detailed Timelines, Gantt Charts, Equipment Delivery Schedules, status reports etc. and presentation to Senior Management.
   9. Prepare documentation and MOMs of all Techno-Commercial discussions and agreements with all suppliers with sign-off from all stake-holders for all projects.
  10. Develop and establish Management routines between all the stakeholders responsible for project deliverables.
  11. Coordinate Timely delivery of equipment to various project sites with OEM manufacturers.
  12. Work along with Suppliers to ensure that the equipment/process suppliers deliver the performance of the equipment as per the agreed performance and the acceptance criteria.
  13. Track Budgets for Capital investments on continuous basis from concept to closure of the project.
