Avance Consulting is a fast growing Executive Search firm with offices in UK and India. We currently have the following position for one of our clients

Position: Head -Solution Design- Retail CPG

Location: Bangalore

The Organization: Our client is amongst Top 10 BPO Company globally

Key Responsibilities:
    * Build the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice by developing innovative solutions, winning new clients in functional areas such as trade promotions, supply chain, finance & accounting and others
    * Define a strategy for the unit by focusing on specific market segments and geographies and create a strong deal pipeline through proactive opportunity identification
    * Focus on top line growth through project based and longer term engagements to build credentials in specific areas
    * Manage the operations team of people across different delivery locations globally
    * Work with several large consumer goods and retail companies in business process areas such as master data, trade marketing, supply chain and so on
    * Focus on industry training & development through internal and external certification program
    * Presentation of solutions to customers
    * Responsibility of the bid win ratio
    * Partnering with onsite Business Development Managers to identify and convert prospects into customers

The Selected candidate should be:
    * Candidates in Solution Design, Pre sales, Consulting, Supply Chain, Sales & marketing from BPO or retail industry.
    * More than 8 years of experience in Presales/Solution Design in Retail/CPG domain
    * Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a persuasive, comprehensible manner demonstrating an understanding of their needs
    * English: excellent communication skills
    * Experience with day-to-day management of business operations.
    * Statistical/analytical skills
    * A proven track record of successful deals
