Designation: - Assistant Manager – Product

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
5-7 years in banking and Finance sectors, preferably in third party processing of transactions.

Location :Mumbai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS / KPAs: -  Building new strategies & enhancing the existing Approval, Credit Limit and Pricing strategies by large-scale data analysis and data mining. Involved in Risk reporting and quantifying risks and portfolio performance
 - Interacting with the International offices for sales and marketing
Conceptualizing product features & articulating the detailed technology requirements for development
 - Managing product launch related activities , defining ideal processes for the same
 - Analyzing product MIS and presenting the product performance and strategy

The job would entail rolling out new products in the electronic payment processing domain in line with business objectives. The job would entail working with the business development team (for validating business objectives), the technology team for the delivery of the product and the operations team for running and maintaining the product post roll out. Its success is primarily attributed to its innovative products.

 - Good Business Knowledge with mix of apt Technological knowledge as well

 - Business domain expertise in Financial services industry (Banking or technology company in BFSI space preferred)

 - Good understanding of Payment / Transaction solutions in India Space

 - Handled requirement analysis, prepared project plans and overseen implementation of projects

 - Working / Worked in Product development environment

 - Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for business problems and opportunities

 - Strong business management and analysis skills.

 - Strong communication skill

 - New Product development        

 - Structure Product proposition for each customer segment.     

 - Understand the business from each line manager and provide suitable changes to the existing products to meet the customer expectations.  

 - Look out for new innovative product launches in international markets and explore possibilities of rolling out the same in Indian markets.  

The candidate should have previous experience in banking and finance sector, credit card issuance and acquiring background would be ideal.

QUALIFICATION: -
Engineering Graduate + Prefferd  Post Graduate in Management
