Operations Manager- Marketing -Sales - Supply Chain- Commercial  - 8 yrs + from Tier I Inst

Mnc Mumbai Based -- FMCG

Report to MD

Role to advise, assist and support the MD in their decision-making
 - by gathering, processing, analysing and presenting information in a manner that assists the MD to select a particular course of action.
 - Within the monitoring function, the individual ensures that the devolved execution of the plan happens and that feedback mechanisms are in place by engaging  functions in the core aspects of Sales, Marketing and Operations Planning  & ensure that all departments work together to execute a customer driven plan.

Cand Profile

MBA from Tier I B Schools
 - Minimum 8 years experience in FMCG Sales / Supply / Commerce role
 - Operational experience in at least 2 business units
 - Cross  functional teams
 - Strong communicator at both at all levels.

Knowledge of Sales Marketing and Operational Planning theory and practice

Key Skils
Co-ordinate, communicate, plan and execute the MD’s intent and plan for future strategies and operations.Should be strong on Analytical skills Will be a part of India Leadership team

P.S Cand shd be Mba in Marketing and Operations Mgt  background from Top B Schools .. XLRI/ISB/FMS/IIMs/MDI /NITIE or overseas Top B School U'sity with Marketing and Strategy as specialization from FMCG companies only .Others pls excuse
