Experience:  At least 8-10 years in managing multi location, multi client security service.

The Ideal Candidate should have the following attributes:   
 -Should have demonstrated the ability in planning and implementing security measures / drills in multiple locations.
 -Should be experienced in recruiting, training and operationalzing a field force, in different socio cultural backgrounds.
 -Should be trained and have demonstrated ability in managing emergencies, incidents and acts not confirming to the framework of law.
 -Is familiar with managing cost and working with budgets and developing MIS and reporting formats to clients.
 -Should have demonstrated qualities in client management and dealing with client issues on a day to day basis.
 -Should be able to work in a start up environment and quickly operationalise the division activities.
 -Should preferably have some relationship; so that he can kick start the operations.
