Require Director 'Product Development' in renewable energy company based in Banglore.

Roles & Responsibilities:


- Lead & manage Product Development function in India including Materials/Processes, Aerodynamics, Structures, Reliability
& material Qualification, PDM, Test Lab, Blade Certification & PMO activities
- Participate in Strategy development for Global Product Development · Ensure teams delivers on projects in accordance with program plans
- Provide continuous improvement in skills of team through development and talent acquisition.
- Provide resources to support resolution of customer and operations issues
- Implements and regularly reports quality and productivity metrics for measures the Product Development activities.
- Champions the culture of the organization and sets an example for pursing strategic vision.
- Recommends process improvements, cost reductions and systems modifications
- Facilitating proper co-ordination with Global Product Development and other Product Development centre’s.

Candidate should be Masters in Aerospace/Mechanical and should have 15 to 20 years of experience in Structural Design, Finite Element Calculations, Aerodynamics, CFD Calculations, Reliability,
Design in Pro-E, Auto CAD & UG.
