POSITION TITLE: Projects Manager - Engineering
REPORTING TO: Head Projects
LOCATION: HO Mumbai
Salary : 15-18 Lac P/A (Depend on the candidature)

1. PURPOSE:
Drive implementation of the engineering strategy
Lead a project team that ensures the delivery of all capital projects on time, to specification, within budget and delivering promised business benefits

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 - Coordinate and manage capital project work through appropriate resourcing
 - Develop project management skills with engineering team
 - Champion the use of project engineering processes and application engineering
 - Implement profit improvement projects to lower total supply chain costs
 - Liaise with marketing to delivery New Products agenda
 - Meet QEHS goals and ensure a safe work environment
 - Manage the Engineering expenditure budget and capital contract

3. Pre-requisites:

BE / B.Tech and have relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
 - 4 - 8 years of experience
 - Hands on experience on complete plants utility
