Location: M&A – HEAD (Min 5 years of experience)
We are a start up advisory firm promoted by an established C.A firm. We are presently looking for a qualified C.A/MBA to head the M&A practice of the firm. Prime responsibility will be of converting firm’s existing relationships into successful mandates and further execution of the same.
We are based in New Delhi. Please apply only if you can appear in an interview in New Delhi. You will have to incur your own travelling cost, if any for the interview.
The job profile will essentially involve:
* Extensive industry research and analysis to gain an overall understanding of the industry in terms of the dynamics, regulatory environment, key trends, growth drivers and opportunities
* Working on business modeling, financial and valuation modeling involving:
* Industry, business and financial due diligence as well as other transaction support
* Preparation / review of presentations and information memorandum
* Support in transaction structuring in line with applicable tax and other regulatory regulations and commercial negotiations
Requirements:
* Qualified CA / MBA with atleast 5 of experience in M&A space with a BIG 4 or other top consulting firms
* Knowledge of applicable Tax laws, SEBI, FEMA and FDI regulations
* Strong execution expertise to train and mentor the junior members of the team in executing mandates
* Complete awareness of the various rules and regulations impacting M&As in India
* Ability to work under strict timelines and work pressure
* Good oral and written communication skills

With decent salary we are ready to also share a decent percentage of profit with the candidate of selected.

The C.A firm is one of the largest in India in the E&P sector with over 75 multi-national clients from over 20 different countries. The promoters also head an Investment Banking Company which is in the process of raising over 2 Billion Dollars of PE/VC funding for various companies.
