Job Description
* Provide clear leadership to ensure that team and individual performance against objectives are met
* Undertake quality checking of applications to ensure that MRA spreading is in line with the guidelines
* Ability to handle escalations and resolve complex process related queries
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service through sharing of best practices and ideas
* Develop staff to achieve their full potential
* Manage work for quality and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
* Usage of MI for business monitoring and improvement
* Ensure effective Capacity Planning and Resource Utilisation
Skills Required
* Prior experience on Moody’s Risk Advisor
* Sound Accounting Knowledge
* Ability to lead teams
* Excellent communication
* Excellent prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
* Knowledge of, and experience in problem solving techniques
* Ability to learn very quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
* Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. (desirable)
* Ability to build rapport with, and relate to a wide range of people
* Decision making based on experience, judgement and process knowledge

MBA Finance/ICWAI – Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountants/CA-Inter/CFA
Years of Experience
* 3 years of experience in the field of financial statement spreading (preferably on Moody’s Risk Advisor) along with people management.
Type of Experience
* Selected candidates should be willing to work in night shifts
* Experience in using macros and pivot tables to simplify analysis of data
