Job Description
 - Preparation and consolidation of financial / non-financial management information for a highly complex set of businesses.
 - Ensure the data is timely and accurate, and reconciles to the financial accounts.
 - Review of commentaries
 - Produce and analyse ad hoc management information to exacting timescales for executive management across Europe
 - Conference calls with Business Partners for regular updates.
 - GRCA Reporting
 - Analytical review : Ensure that all material variances have been identified and explained in business terms
 - Preparation & consolidation for Annual Reports & accounts,

 - Experience of working with audit firms with good track record / leading MNC/ corporate / Industry organizations.
 - Ability and experience of managing a team of experienced service delivery personnel
 - Excellent management, leadership and communication skills
 - Able to engage others to deliver business goals
 - Excellent judgment and decision making
 - Able to recognize talent
 - Sound strategic thinking
 - Good influencing skills
 - Able to drive outstanding open items and bring closure to insurance/pension business issues
 - Proficient analytical review skills; ability to add value to customer deliverables through understanding of the business / lateral thinking
 - Pre-empt issues or concerns and flag these off to business partner in a timely manner.
 - Ability to manage trouble shooting/ secondary reviews and understand all queries raised by business partner and determine escalation as necessary
 - Should have consistently demonstrated ability of driving results
 - Possess thorough knowledge of the insurance, pension and financial industry, relevant laws and regulations
 - Able to apply management information to monitor and support enhancing operational performance
 - Able to develop strong and lasting partnerships and alliances with internal and external stakeholders
 - Able to provide robust business commentary evaluate their potential impact on the insurance/pension business and provide back office decision support
 - Sound ability to plan, manage and allocate resources for regular service delivery
 - Ability and experience of managing customer relationships/ service delivery; single point of contact at an entity level
 - Experience of interfacing with external auditors. Experience of interacting with regulators preferred.
 - Experience of 3 years in the FS / F&A service delivery space preferred
 - Experience of being involved in audit control and compliance reviews/ SOX related reviews and certifications


Academic Qualifications
 - Accounting / Finance Graduate / Semi qualified accountant 7-12 years
 - Qualified Accountant (Chartered, ACCA or CIMA):: 6-10 years


Years of Experience
 - Accounting / Finance Graduate / Semi qualified accountant 7-12 years
 - Qualified Accountant (Chartered, ACCA or CIMA):: 5-10 years


Type of Experience
Experience of working with audit firms with good track record / leading MNC/ corporate / Industry organizations.
