Domain Knowledge
 - Strong knowledge in F&A Record to Report area – Financial Reporting , GL Consolidation, Accounts Finalization
 - Proven experience in having performed the above functions- both as a individual contributor and also as team manager
 - Very evolved Presentation skills and communication skills

Role and responsibilities
 - Needs to develop F&A Point Solutions- that add as a significant tech led differentiator for Infosys BPO Practice
 - Independently lead Solution Discussion ( on F&A Technology/Products) with end clients
 - Work very closely with F&A Solutions team on responding to RFPs
 - Make Presentations to Internal and External Clients
 - Lead discussion with Software Development Team – Preparing Documentations/UAT Plans etc
 - Demonstrate thought leadership on key F&A areas- Tech/ Future Models/Geo Specific nuances etc

Desired Candidate Profile(Educational Qlftn & Work Experience)
 - CA/ CWA/ MBA from reputed institutes- with 8 years of experience
 - PreSales/Solution Exp in F&A Third party environment
 - Operations Mgmt Background- either from BPO/Industry

Span of Control
 - Should have managed teams (number not very important.. 5-10 team members is still fine( the current role is an individual contributor role)
