Profile: Candidate must be from Banking/Financial/Insurance Sector.
   1. Managing Generalist HR activities.
   2. Should possess excellent knowledge & experience of HR strategy planning & implementation & other HR functions & process.
   3. To handle End to End HR functions.
   4. To handle talent acquisition for all the verticals.
   5. To manage Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Communication Enhancement, etc.
   6. To support management in keeping good employee relations as well & other HR related functions.
