AVP (Accounts), ZKSPL, Chennai
Qualifications: CA preferably with 12+ years post qualification experience. Additional Qualification as ICWA would be preferable. SAP/Oracle implementation experience important. Should be working in company with a revenue of at least Rupees 250 crores and 1000 employees. Non BPO/Manufacturing background acceptable; Should have worked in a multi company, multi division environment; Experience in managing audits led by Big 4 Firms will be preferred. Should have excellent communication skills.
* Job profile: Reporting to CFO, AVP (Accounts) will be responsible for :
o Statutory Audits and Annual Accounts
o Monthly Financial Reporting & Month end Close
o Budgeting & Forecasting
o Corporate Planning, MIS & Analysis
o Cash flow Management
o Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting
o Cost Optimization
o Financial Systems and Controls
o Taxation and Transfer Pricing
o Statutory Compliances
o Vendor Contract Negotiation
o Procurement Facilitation
o Costing and Pricing
o Payroll Processing
o Zenta Group Shared Services
o Banking and Treasury
VP (Accounts & Payroll) will be an integral part of the India Finance Team and may be involved in centralized functions such as Compliance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Insurance, Taxation etc.
