Responsibilities:
• Part of the team involved in structuring the Real Estate business
• Fund raising for a real estate development project in city including
financial modelling, business valuation, preparing of pitch documents
and interaction with Investors
• Preparation of pitch books to be presented to clients
• Instrumental in providing strategic and policy inputs towards the
Mortgage product program concerning property prices, property types,
Real estate indices/ trends of cities.
• The person will be part of Corporate Banking vertical catering to
Top management-CEO/ CFOs of Developers for their funding requirements
Background:
• Having sound knowledge of real estate industry of the particular city
• Exposure in meeting top management
• Knowledge of banking space is additional
Education background:
• MBA from premium B school
• CA first attempt
Experience: 3-6 years
