Location: Looking for Senior HR Business Partners -with 10-14yrs exp for highly visible MNC Leader
Positions exist in Hyderabad & Pune.
Our client is looking for HR Advisors-who can manage the entire talent gamut, and play an advisory role for the leadership team. The transactional & operational issues are handled by a centralised team-and hence this is an essentially a strategic role.
Prior exposure to succession planning, managing "Hi potential performers, helping build interview competency building assignments for hiring managers -highly preferred.
