finance and customized indices. In the corporate finance division, the
company is active in 4 sub-segments, viz. Private Equity Syndication,
M&A Advisory, Debt Syndication & Financial Restructuring Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful & dynamic
team and be involved in many aspects of Corporate Finance.
Your role will include:
* Analyzing potential opportunities
* Conducting intensive research to understand relevant business sectors
* Preparing information memorandum and other relevant documents
* Building & supporting complex financial models for various transactions
* Interacting with potential investors/banks/ acquirers
* Assisting in negotiation and preparation of transaction documentation
Profile:
We are looking for an Associate. The successful candidate will have:
* Some exposure to corporate finance transactions/ capital raising activities
* Excellent academic background. Preferably 2009/2010 Batch
* Strong valuation and financial modeling skills
* Highly motivated individual willing to put in extra efforts
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to operate effectively at all levels
