Position: Recruitment Head
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8+ yrs in the media space. Open to candidates from different verticals in media
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Recruitment in Alignment with plans and budget
- Responsible for handling and tracking Talent Acquisition the channel
- Focus on Cost effective recruitment solutions and ensure hiring at minimal cost.
- Liason with HOD's in manpower planning.
- Involved at Strategic level in terms of Budget Management at group level, analyzing and reconciling the manpower budget at the end of each quarter with the actual and forecasting future projections of the spent.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience in HR into recruitments
- Strong with recruitment process
- In depth understanding of the media space
- Excellent interpersonal and Networking skills
- Strong on relationship building
- Business Acumen
- Strong team player
- Ideally experience of working in a Media is required.
