Location: Profile Branch Operations Manager
Job Profile
* Responsible for management of day to day operations of the branch.
* Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulatory requirements.
* Timely authorization and checking SO/SDO/RO system input for customer transaction/ service request
* Branch Lobby and customer Queue management.
* Managing cash (including FX and TCs) at the branch and ensuring that cash (including FX and TCs) is within branch limit.
* Ensuring custodians for keys and deliverables are as per custodian grid of the branch.
* Vault key replacement as per defined frequency and custodian/ signatory list of the branch are updated.
* Champion for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) along with Branch Manager.
* Check End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of the day (BOD) vouchers and reports.
* Record maintenance and filing (Registers / Vouchers / Stub Copies).
* Optimum stock of forms and stationary maintenance at the branch and prevent any misuse of the same.
* Liaisons with various departments viz LCC /CPC/CMS/TRADE/ Compliance-BCU-Training (where no SM is available) etc. within bank for seamless customer service.
* Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT.
* Daily huddle to discuss processes for keeping service staff and ROs updated
* Branch Operation Manager acts as back up Branch manager (BM) in the absence of BM.
* Liaison with external vendors like home banking, courier etc for timely and flawless service fulfillment.
* Driving “Kotak way of learning” within the branch. Ensuring that each employee is on his learning map and with an Index of 9/10.
* Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC (where no SM is available).
Acad Qualification 1 year full time Executive MBA from premium B School
Grade Manager [M3]
Exp Upto 3-4 yrs of relevant experience
CTC Max 5 lacs
