The company:
Brandscapes Worldwide is a rapidly growing marketing analytics and consulting firms with offices in Mumbai, Atlanta and Singapore. It has achieved nearly 100% year-on-year growth in the past two years and plans to expand into new domains as well as geographies. Over 90% of Brandscapes clients are from global markets. We deal with Fortune 500 companies like Citibank, Carlsberg, Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola as well as local clients like Abbott Laboratories, Ackruti City and Godrej. We have fostered a dynamic and challenging environment in which people work hard and play hard.
The assignment:
The job content is both strategic and operational. We need to build strong HR foundation as we grow further – which entails setting up systems from scratch, creating job definitions, creating a HR policy as well as managing effective implementation of these policies. Though our current strength is about 65, we visualize growing to about 400 people over the next two years. The right candidate will find enough scope for growth as the organization grows.
The Profile we are seeking:
MBA with at least 6 – 8 years experience in operational HR and exposure to strategic HR. Experience in the service sector (like MR agency, consulting organizations, advertising agencies, etc.) is a must. Work experience in a KPO/ BPO environment would be an added plus. You should be passionate about people – and motivated to create a healthy, happy and productive work environment through effective policies and their implementation.
