Eligibility Criteria - HR degree from a premier institute followed by atleast 3 years of HR experience - Consistent performance ratings in his current organisation - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; with a strong flair for networking - Ability to work through ambiguity and change
Key Responsibilities
External - Ensure strong brand positioning for Cognizant in the talent marketplace through new & innovative initiatives - Build upon the existing campus relationships with various b-schools across India and APAC regions. Devise strong engagements plans for the b-school student community in general (and Cognizant recruits in particular). Also, work towards taking existing key initiatives to the next level of maturity - Understand the nuances of placement methodologies unique to each b-school to devise college-specific hiring approaches - Effectively contribute to the design, delivery and implementation efforts of “best-in-class” hiring methodologies - Tap specialized business schools for niche requirements that may come up from time to time.
Internal - Build effective relationships with the leadership team and hiring managers of various business units to closely work with them in understanding their requirements. - Ensure timely meeting of all requirements through campus hiring (both summer & autumn) to ensure there is no revenue loss. - Work closely with various Business-enabling and People functions for putting together a water-tight B-School Hiring Plan
