    Corporate Manager HR : TA & Performance Management

    Ensure acquisition of suitable Talent at optimum cost; Study industry best practices & ensure appropriate Performance Management & Rewards & recognition system; Ensure timely Performance Management exercise & Probation appraisal.

    1. To anchor pan-India recruitment of suitable talent at optimum TAT, Staff cost & Recruitment cost
    2. To coordinate with Functions & Planning team in getting the Manpower Planning exercise completed & track it for timely fulfillment.
    3. Ensure innovative & scalable sourcing strategy in place to meet future business plans.
    4. Have tie ups with recruitment Consultants, Websites, Institutes, NGOs etc to have a steady inflow of good candidates.
    5. Ensure Employer branding through innovative initiatives like Campus activities, Media initiatives, participating in best Employer surveys etc.
    6. Study Industry best practices, business model of the Company & co-ordinate with the Functions & devise effective Performance Management  process and Rewards mechanism for all staff & effective incentive scheme for frontline Sales staff  after taking inputs from Regional HR Representatives. .
    7. Monitor performance of sales staff & ensure effective rewards system for high performers & development/ redeployment/ attrition plan for non-performers.
    8. Ensure review of C&B policy of the company through periodic Compensation benchmarking surveys.
    9. Track dollar productivity of staff & track total staff expenditure as a ratio of the operating expenditure & revenue.
    10. With the support of regional HR representatives, ensure timely Completion of Performance Management exercise. Coordination with AXA Region on the financial impacts, coordinate bell curve moderation exercise, ensure timely payment of variable pay & increments & effecting promotions & issuance of letters to appraisee.
    11. With the support of regional HR representatives, ensure timely probation appraisal for each staff & appropriate developmental intervention.
    12. As part of performance appraisal exercise, Ensure that Passport 2012 for all employees in place & track its in sync with performance appraisal results.
    13. Ensure tracking of performance of outsourced resources with the help of regional HR representative to have requirement based increment & regularization schemes.
    14. Ensure Goal sheets for all employees is in place in coordination with the Functions & communicated to the employees in time.
    Experience in generalist HR functions: exposure to Senior level recruitment and/ or mass hiring as well as Performance Management; Aptitude for Business analysis

    Post Graduate in Management or Allied Subjects with around 8 years exp
