Location: I run a consultancy, PEGAZEUS, based out of Mumbai, catering to HR needs of companies internationally.
One of my prestigious clients in the IT services space in Mumbai India, is looking for a Country Head (Head of India Operations) HR.
The right candidate needs to have 13-15 years HR experiences in all spheres of HR in Indian (preferably IT) companies. Should be able to drive all HR initiatives in sync with the company's India Objectives. Will be responsible for all practices / policies and the implementation of the same. He/she will be based at the company's office at Mahape, Navi mumbai and will report to the Global Head HR.
Compensation is excellent. And the compnay is known for its growth oriented proactive culture.
