Our client is a start up training & HR outsourcing company. Its top management has decades of experience in training and HR domain.
The Co is providing total HR outsourcing Solutions and training to SME initially & then to Large companies.
Great growth prospect for the chosen candidate as will be directly in contact with top management.
Position: Team lead- trainer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5yrs
Note: Only people with experience in training need to apply for this position
Desired candidate profile:
MBA from good institutes and candidates with sales training experience will be preferred
Training Delivery: Should be able to deliver training to diverse groups
Content development for training programs
Co ordination with Trainers & Maintaining Training Calendar
Measuring Training Effectiveness: Should have hands on experience in it
Managing Admin Cost of the Training
Client & Trainer Management: coordinate with trainers for training delivery
Well versed with different training delivery methods and should be creative.
Experience in sales training and functional training will be preferred.
