Technologist for an Investment Management Start-up @ Gurgaon, India
Our client is an investment management start-up focused on providing risk-optimized returns in Indian markets. The company builds quant-based alternative investment products which are optimized for risk and return and two products have already been launched.
Our client is also registered as a broker and PMS provider and has a fully automated trading system that is capable of analyzing real time granular market data and produce thousands of trades with very low latency. In brief, our client is the combination of finance, analytics and computer science
They need a top notch Microsoft product development technologist to fill the position below.
Position : Director - Technology
Location : Gurgaon
Education : Engg from one of the Premier Institutes
Experience : 8 - 10 Years
Compensation : No constraints for the right candidate. Your current CTC should be > 20 L PA
Candidate & Job Requirements :
1. You should be hands-on with Microsoft technologies with deep knowledge of C#, SQL, .Net
2. Besides managing, mentoring, and guiding a small development team of this start-up, you should also be ready to get involved with minutest details of solution architechting and coding
3. You must have the exposure to various development models including AGILE and be able to create a robust process for highly flexible and quick development
4. Besides the general development experience, the important areas in which you must have experience are messaging layers, high performance database tuning, high degree of concurrency in programming, high throughput and low latency environments.
5. An understanding of capital markets, including an interest in microstructure of the markets would be preferred.
6. Candidates with microsoft technology based development of Trading Platforms and other Financial Services products would be preferred
