* Application of appropriate Service delivery models - development process models – V process, 2I, RUP and Agile / Maintenance or Conversion process models and the ability to identify the right mode for the right project

* Application of SLA based delivery approach, Tickets based operations and Incident Management,
2. Application of process skills and ability to tailor as required including continuous improvement
3. Ability to motivate team in the long haul

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent Client interaction & relationship management skills
7. Performed a good blend of offshore and onsite based customer facing roles in a similar or equivalent capacity

9. Ability to manage change & risks associated with the program
10. Technology skills: Dot net or J2EE exposure.
Description
Manage a project with the authority and responsibility to run the project on a day-to-day basis and to deliver the same to effort, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
At Wipro Technologies, You would be responsible for the below:
1. Delivery:
- Responsible for developing the project plan, ensuring review and sign-offs with the required internal and stakeholders
- Responsible for work allocation across the different modules of the project and monitoring and tracking progress of the project
- Responsible for managing project risks including mitigation and contingency plans
- Responsible for adopting technical and quality strategy (preventive and corrective measures as required)
- Responsible for quality of deliverables and for adopting and following defined project gating process and any defined assurance roles
- Responsible for maintenance and tracking of the various project metrics
- Report on a regular basis the project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for any synchronization/feeding into any defined program management activities
- Conduction periodic stage evaluation (phase wise learning) and project evaluation towards the end of the project and reporting into organization database/knowledge repository
2. Leadership:
- Engage defined escalation and communication layers to ensure conflicts, risks and challenges are handled appropriately
- Establish and provide an conducive atmosphere for the project team to engage and deliver
- Manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders of the project
3. People: Manage the project team. Be accountable for the performance and development of team to support an environment for employee development through training , mentoring and motivating sub-ordinates and mapping employee aspirations
