AVP/VP Enterprise Architect – 10-12yrs of experience..
* Creates and owns EA framework, EA artifacts design, principles and implementation, best practices and tools
* Drives the virtual team of solution, domain, applications and infrastructure architects
* Compiles or designs Enterprise & Reference Models models of current and proposed systems across the enterprise for use internally and in conjunction with Technology.
* Partners. [Enterprise Models that depict the entire enterprise and its inter-relationships. Reference Models that depict recommended & approved technologies & designs, which can serve as a template for future projects]
* Should be able to communicate, influence, negotiate, motivate, facilitate and inspire
