Location: The opening is with a leading General Insurance for their HO in Mumbai.
Mgr / Sr Manager CRM Architect:
• Very strong knowledge of Lead to sales, customer acquisition, customer channels - outbound and inbound, customer life cycle management, commercial and technical order management, integration with billing, creation of convergent customer data model
• Solution architect and own the architecture integrity of existong stack of CRMs solutions
Integration of CRM with upstream and downstream systems like Lead Management, direct platforms (web, telesales)
• Create the strategy & plan for migration of enterprise customers to the stack in phased manner. CRM systems integration, development and implementation.
• Extensive solution architecting experience on various CRM packages
• Explore new and emerging technologies and lead investigation and adaptation of beneficial technologies and tools
