Sr Manager - Plant Hr -- Location - Rohtak ( Haryana ).
Job Profile :-
Functional / Operational details about the Role : ---
Should have ability to keep track on day today happenings and
grievances of employees.
To proactively manage the external environment and local pressure
groups.
Have to develop proactive measures to maintain healthy IR
environment in the plant and to prevent forming negative groups.
Should proactively track and address employee grievances and
concerns and manage all emerging IR issues.
Needs regular Monitoring of canteen affairs to improve health
and hygiene .
Drive employee involvement and welfare activities.
Responsible for all Statutory compliances.

Candidates should be from : ------ FMCG Companies / Chemical
factories / Pharma factories / Automobile sector
Graduate (any stream) + MBA (full time) from :
XLRI / TISS / SIBM / MDI / SCMHRD /other premier institutes

CTC - 18 L TO 22 L
