For our client, a mid size manufacturing client, we are seeking IR Manager
(Industrial Relations)

Position: Manager – IR(Industrial Relations)
Client: A mid-tier manufacturing client
Location: Ambernath, Mumbai (we’ll prefer candidates residing near Thane to
Kalyan)
Qualification: Post Graduation in HR / Masters in Labour Studies
Experience: 10+ yrs.
Key Criteria: The ideal candidate should have
* 10+ yrs of experience in dealing with contract labour, statutory compliance
and day to day general administration.
* Should have good understanding of Maharashtra IR and related laws/legal
aspects
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Should have good negotiations and settlement skill sets for maintaining
cordial relationship with unions & industrial peace
