Business Analyst

Qualification and experience profile
 - 8-10 years of Industry experience in the Future & Options Space at
      - a Bank
      - an IT organization
 - Preferably a MBA
 - A minimum of 5 years experience in Future & Options in Equity and Derivatives
 - Experience on third party products would be a big plus.
 - Ability to participate in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering and functional Documentation
 - Good presentation and written communication skills

Role objective

Single Point of Contact for all Subject Matter Expertise on Analytics to internal and external stakeholders
 - Practice members
 - Project Delivery Teams
 - Sales Teams
 - Presales Teams
 - Customers/Prospects

Single Point of Contact for the defined Functional Area
 - Solution Development Design and Reviews
 - Training needs
 - Competency Development & trainings
 - Presales support

Support Incubation of New Projects

Responsibilities

Supporting multiple stakeholders on Functional Subject Matter expertise namely
 - Practice
 - COE Lead
 - Presales
 - Delivery Streams
 - Testing Team
 - Sales

Delivery Streams
 - Providing Subject Matter expertise
 - Functional Trainings
 - Solution Design and Reviews
 - Dissemination of best practices and new developments

Pre-Sales and the Practice towards
 - Ownership of the Solution Design (functional part)
 - Proposal Preparation
 - Proof of Concept
 - Client Interactions and Presentations
 - Familiarizing Sales Staff with Domain
 - Providing support towards Marketing Campaigns
 - Third party Product expertise

Review and preparation of Collateral (Functional piece)

Participate as a Consultant on engagements
 - to carry out Business Analysis and Requirements or a Business lead
 - User Trainings

Providing Inputs to Practice Lead on
 - Latest developments
 - New Offerings
 - Training Needs
 - Account Mining

Supporting COE Lead on all Functional matters
 - Providing Functional expertise on the Product
 - Development of Training frameworks
 - Functional Training on the Product
 - Functional Certification Program
 - Preparation of Functional Guides
