KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Define the main responsibilities (4 to 7 in general) that directly aim at the realisation of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible.     
1     Delivery Network -Fields of Play strategy     
2     Identify Initiatives for driving the fields of play strategy     
3     Identify initiatives for improvement in Globalization Index     
4     GAD -Governance Council Owner     
5     Governance of GAD-COE & Core Competency plans

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.     
1     Improvement initiatives for driving Globalisation Index     
2     GAD - Fields of Play Delivery network strategy     
3     Governance of Core Competency plans put up by ERP/Custom Applications team
