THE JOB

Global Application Delivery - Drive Global Application Delivery Program & Project Management Excellence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the main responsibilities (4 to 7 in general) that directly aim at the realisation of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible.
1 Define GAD specific program management methodology/artifacts in alignment & integration with =S= methodology
2 Provide Project management skills to the Global Application Delivery groups (i.e. ERP & Custom Apps)
3 Support Transition programs
4 Drive Programs/projects delivered on time and within budget
5 Regular reviews with the Business stakeholders
6 Budget planning, business case development, cost benefit analysis, ROI
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.
