Company Profile : A leading player in the retail electronic payments industry with end-to-end card payment solutions across several industry verticals like banking, financial services, petroleum, retail, government and travel & hospitality.

Job Designation : Product Manager (Sr. Manager/AVP)

Number of Positions : 3

Location : Mumbai

Qualification :
 - Bachelor’s degree in engineering along with MBA from a reputed institute imperative.

Number of years of experience :
 - 8+ years of product management experience
 - 5+ years experience in the  payment industry in India

Desired Competencies :
 - Ability to understand a diverse set of payment solutions including payment processing, POS acquiring, ATM

Role :
 - Ability to identify customer requirements and translate these requirements into product features.
 - Ability to build business cases to justify product features and functions
 - Experience in writing logical and detailed product  requirements and functional specifications
 - Ability to prioritize features into releases based on market realities.
 - Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and delivery teams.
 - Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization
 - Ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
 - Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for business problems and opportunities
 - Strong business management and analysis skills.

 - Strong  communication skills.

- Competition Benchmarking.

- Structure Product proposition for each customer segment.

- Understand the business from each line manager and provide suitable changes to the existing products to meet the customers expectations.

- Look out for new innovative product launches in international markets and explore possibilities of roling out the same in Indian markets.
