JD:
Responsible for sales of Enterprise Communications services like Blackberry and Mobile Application Suite, GPRS Access etc. and meeting Mobile VAS OB & Revenue targets for TNK region, Enterprise Services.
Good knowledge on Mobile VAS products and hands-on sales experience is necessary. Job would be focused in Increasing Revenue market share & product penetration by designing and implementing GTM strategies for the product, identify niche areas and target segments.To work along with every Account Manager , visit at least 4 to 5 accounts every day, do capability presentations to Enterprise customers & create new opportunities . Work closely with Application vendors.
DeWork with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre or sales activities.
Liaison with Product Managers to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information & market needs back to Product team.
Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues or requirements or regulations or Technology and understand where the market is going.
Provide feedback of the customer expectations to the respective team . Update the relevant dashboards with requisite data or information.
Driving change through implementation of customized solutions as per customer expectations to enhance customer satisfaction Reporting to management on business and operational health of the product line technical and financial dashboards
Lead the planning and acquisition for VAS Services , Generate relevant insights based on understanding of current business environment, competition and new technologies.
Prepare product collaterals in consultation with technical team Maintaining product forecast based on client s requirement.
Support the business teams with Design and Evaluation of relevant product strategy towards addressing the needs of existing and prospective customers.
Developing all required product and technical documentation in support of new products Work closely with product development team to develop a customer or driven product line up.
Recommend pricing alternatives relative to Managed Services Drive product and process innovation and automation to deliver highly scalable and profitable solutions, yet deliver a premiere customer experience. Pricing, commercial terms and conditions for products.
Train and develop fellow Account Management team on Products and Product Positioning.
Monitor sales performance on a Monthly basis to ensure achievement of targets.
Ensure build up of pipeline with potential conversion accounts and new order prospects.
Monitor status of key order conversions, open calls status etc. for the area using weekly monthly quarterly trackers.
Take timely corrective action to ensure acquisition of clients and closing of sales calls.
Prepare reports on sales performance in the territory on a monthly basis.
Should have aggressive disposition, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be a Team worker with flair for selling.
