Reports To: Executive Vice President
Supervises: Regional team of size 120
Job Summary: The RD (Regional Director) role is a very key position in Neudesic as it is an executive role which leads a specific market or markets. A market refers to a specific combination of a client geographical profile, technological need and industry vertical that is being catered to. As the leader it is their responsibility to ensure the market is healthy from the following points of view:

It appears simple when presented in just 3 areas of focus, however, it is certainly not as simple as it appears. This role is the key to success of a business entity as they are making decisions on a daily basis which pulls the levers in each of the 3 items mentioned above. Below, you will find the key responsibilities and tools in place to support the position. Reporting Relationships
Regional teams, engagement managers and support managers report to the regional director. The size of employees reporting directly or indirectly sizes to about 120. Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Team development - Delivery excellence - Operational excellence - Partner relationship management - Team Morale - Business Development - ‘Intra’preneurship
Required - Experience in heading SBUs (strategic business units) or ODCs or bigger entities for at least 4 years - Experience in owning and understanding SBU financials like profit margin, cost control, ROI etc. - Seasoned in recruitment and hiring at SBU levels – ability to forecast and to meet the growth targets - Good knowledge of markets, client geographic sensitivities and IT landscape - Willingness to work with people and solving ground level issues - Experience in creating new revenue streams and developing existing revenue streams
Preferred - Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology of developing software - Exposure to Microsoft technology stack
Travel - Domestic travel between regions will be necessary - International travel as needed
