Roles and Responsibilities

1. Articulate and evangelize the proposition of Term Of  Service

2. Benefits of Term Of Service  and long term outsourcing contracts

3. Create business - IT alignment practice. Create business linked KPIs for identified verticals (Banking, Insurance, Retail etc.).

 4. Create financial models (e.g. transaction based) and risk management practices linked to KPIs.

5. Build service assurance practice to deliver business KPI s

6. Build Enterprise IT architecture aligned with business KPIs in identified verticals

Skills and Job Requirements

1. BE + MBA (Finance) - From premier institutes /Top B schools

2. Experience in Bundled contracts (Infra + Apps) value proposition articulation / practice building / business KPI linkage

3. Should have won / led i n winning at least 2 long term contracts with business aligned KPIs with innovative financial models of at least $50 Million TCV

 4. Should have appreciation for Business processes + technology + financial models
