Location: Job Title: Leader US Utilities (TCS BPO MUMBAI)
Role Description:
Expert in the US Utility Services (preferably BPO Services). Can create
service offerings and solutions and evangelize TCS position in the market
with regards to utility based offerings. Global market appreciation with
strong exposure to the US market

Eligibility criteria:
Required skills and experience-
8 to 10 years total work experience, with at least 3 years in the BPO
sector
Deep knowledge of utilities/energy industry and specifically from a
BPO stand-point in the US utility sector
Strong experience of RFP writing, proposal development & solution
delivery to senior management, internally & to clients.
Needs to have a good background on deal structures & draft documents
in the context of the respective engagements.
Business process knowledge of asset management, revenue services,
backlog clearance and customer service back-office apart from an
appreciation of workflows and the overall back office organization at
the client end.
Understands ITES modeling structures & also have knowledge of BPO
pricing structures.
Cultivates and closes follow-on opportunities at existing clients;
Supports new opportunities with senior team.
SOW development & SLA development.
Assist in Pre-Sales & post sales efforts.
Has done large scale transitions in the Utilities Domain and/or has
been involved in Presales and Operations Management
Good to have -
Prior solution design experience with focus on energy/utility services
Previous sales or sales-support experience in the US
