Experience – 4 to 6 Years.
Location – Mumbai.
Sector/Domain Exp – Insurance/Financial services/ITES.
About Company - A market leader in insurance & reinsurance broking, risk management and corporate consultancy services headquartered at UK. It has a regional office in Mumbai, India.
Generic responsibilities
- To analyse a business issue using appropriate methodologies and techniques, getting to the root cause of the issue and defining appropriate solutions
- To facilitate and run workshops from initial problem statements, requirements & data gathering through to implementation planning.
- To identify opportunities for change, write reports and undertake presentations recommending courses of action.
- Working closely with IT to transition the project smoothly and without misinterpretation from requirements to technical specification.
- Lead small teams of Business Analysts - ensuring their work is of high quality and coaching / mentoring more junior analysts
- Knowledge of project management lifecycle methodology
Education – PG/MBA.
